Day 28 - I Accept Peace
Inner peace is so important to our mental and emotional well-being. Having inner peace doesn’t mean that you will never be stressed or get angry. It does mean that in spite of those things, you can easily return to the calm at your core. It’s having the mental strength to handle what comes up in life, and to reach out for help when things are too much. It’s avoiding things that threaten your inner self – toxicity, self-blame, perfectionism.
Accepting peace allows you to observe and engage with the world from a place of calm. It allows you to see things more clearly, to act responsibly and not react thoughtlessly.
Accepting peace allows you to take responsibility for your actions, without feeling responsible for things you have no control over.
Accepting peace allows you to work on self-improvement, without slipping into self-blame.
Accepting peace allows you to help others, and accept help for yourself.
I hope these affirmations help us cultivate and accept that inner peace.
