April 25 - Solitude
Life can get extremely busy. We’re constantly around family, friends, coworkers, around complete and total strangers.
Sometimes, we need moments of solitude. But those moments can be very rare and far between. Sometimes, we have to take those moments of solitude, rather than just allowing them to happen.
Solitude is not about being lonely, or being isolated. It’s a conscious choice to spend time alone, away from the distractions of the world. It’s a time to tune out all the outside noise, and look within, allowing ourselves to be fully present with ourselves.
In solitude, we can listen to our inner voice, reflect on our own thoughts and emotions, and gain clarity within ourselves.
Instead of being constantly busy, let’s turn inward. Let’s take a moment to ourselves.
Let’s embrace solitude.
