Day 10 - Embrace Acceptance

Being able to accept what is, as it is, right now, is a wonderful thing. It allows us to make decisions with clear sight. It allows us to see who we are. Who others are. What is present around us in the world. The flaws, the imperfections, and the perfections.
There’s a curious relaxation that happens when we accept what is. Resistance just…stops. Empathy and compassion and peace take its place.
Accepting what is doesn’t mean we can’t or shouldn’t change things. But we can’t make changes, in fact, we can’t even know if something needs to be changed, until we accept it.
Let’s embrace acceptance – at least for a little while.
