Day 17 - Embrace Quiet

Quiet. 

Silence. 

Some people crave it. Others hate it. 

Quiet is actually super beneficial to our bodies and our minds. Quiet leaves space for us to rest, to recover from the noise and movement of the day, to listen to our inner selves. 

We should spend a few moments in silence, each day. 

I hope these affirmations help us to embrace quiet.
