Mental, physical, and emotional health are keys to a happy life. But we don’t have to be perfect in any of these areas to live a happy life.
Health challenges are a part of life, and for some, they are a constant in their lives.
Being as happy and as healthy as you can within your own limits is good for everyone and anyone.
Taking medications to maintain your health. Eating well for your body. Sleeping enough for your body. Exercising your body. Challenging yourself mindfully according to your limits.
Friends. Family. Fun. Joy.
All of these are part of being healthy.
All are part of embracing health.
