It is so hard to be in the here and now. We worry about what will happen tomorrow. We hide our faces over what we said yesterday (or last week, or five years ago).
Being here, now, in the present, seems so unimportant compared to everything else that’s going on in our heads.
However…
Focusing on what is happening right now, this moment, is the easiest way to get in touch with ourselves and release our doubts, our worries, our fears, our anxieties.
Be here, now. Embrace the Present.
