It’s normal to have negative thoughts.
Yes, I said it!
It is NORMAL to have negative thoughts!
It is NORMAL to feel bad sometimes!
It is NORMAL to feel down in the dumps occasionally.
All of these things are normal.
But when those negative thoughts take over, when your mind keeps cycling through mistakes you’ve made, mean things others have said, times when things didn’t go right…
It’s time to release some toxic negativity.
Toxic negativity weighs too much for you to hold onto. It’s too heavy, takes too much energy, and is just a drag to have around. It makes everything feel harder, darker, overwhelming.
Let’s let it go. Let’s let go of the self-doubt and negative self-talk and unhelpful critiques.
Let’s focus on hope, growth, and positivity.
Let’s create space for peace, joy, and healing.
Let’s release toxic negativity.
