Day 15 - I Release Limits

We all have limits. But what we don’t realize is, most of those limits are self-imposed.

We take on a belief that we can’t do something, that we’re not good enough, or that things will never change. Maybe it’s because someone important to us doubted us. Maybe we failed at something. Maybe it’s a belief that we inherited from society, family, or cultural norms, and we’ve allowed them to box us in.

Limits are like walls we’ve built in our minds. WE built them - and WE can tear them down.

We can release them.

Once we realize that the stories we’ve been telling ourselves—“I’m not smart enough,” “I’m too old,” “It’s too late”—aren’t true, we can change them. We can flip the script. We can replace those stories with beliefs that empower us.

We don’t have to ignore reality or pretend everything is perfect. But we can ourselves permission to grow, and to dream, and to take action in spite of fear.

We can realize that we have a choice—we can stop living by other people’s expectations and by our outdated fears.

We can release our limits, and start creating a life that we love.
