Day 16 - I Release Overwhelm

Sometimes, life is just too much. Too much to do, too many responsibilities, too many things demanding our time and energy.
It can sneak up on us, or just land - hard! - on our shoulders. The weight can make us feel stressed, scattered, and unsure. We don’t know where to even begin to relieve the pressure.
That’s the time to pause.
That’s the time to wait.
That’s the time to take a deep breath, and release it.
The very time that we feel we can’t do anymore, but we don’t feel we have time to stop, is when we need to stop, just for a moment.
Take a moment. Remind yourself of your power. Take a breath.
And release overwhelm.
