Day 19 - I Release Shame

We’ve all felt shame before - believing that something is wrong with us.
Maybe we believe that we haven’t lived up to some ideal. Maybe we feel it because we’ve done something, or haven’t done something.
Now we feel unworthy or inadequate, and that inner critic is telling us, “You’re not good enough.” “You don’t deserve forgiveness.”
That inner critic is wrong.
We are worthy.
We are lovable.
We are deserving.
We are more than our past.
We are more than our mistakes.
We can make room for acceptance, healing, and joy.
We can choose to release shame.
