Day 2 - I Release Hate

Like fear, hate is a normal, natural emotion. We might want to deny it, but we’ve all felt it. When someone has hurt us, betrayed our trust. Sometimes, we’ve felt it towards ourselves.

It’s natural to feel anger or even hatred when our wounds run deep. But holding onto that hate traps us and weighs us down. The energy we direct at feeling hatred can block love, peace, and joy. Bitterness and resentment can take up so much space in our hearts. Choosing to release hate, even a little bit at a time, can be one of the most freeing things we can do for ourselves.
