Day 24 - I Release Lies
1/24/20251 min read

We’ve all told a lie or two. Maybe it was a little white lie to avoid hurting someone’s feelings, or maybe it was something bigger that’s been weighing on you for years.
The problem with those “little” lies is that - they stick with us. The smallest deception can create a wall between who we are and who we really want to be.
Lies can make relationships complicated, wear down trust, make us feel trapped in a version of ourselves that doesn’t feel genuine.
And the lies we tell ourselves? Those are just as damaging, maybe more.
“I’m not good enough.”
“I can’t handle this.”
“I’ll never be successful.”
These lies take root in our hearts and keep us from being our true selves. They limit us. They hold us back. They convince us we can’t change.
Let’s release the lies. Those we tell ourselves, and those we tell others.
When we release lies, we clear out emotional clutter. When we let them go, we create space for honesty, clarity, and real connection— with others and with ourselves.
We make space to live authentically and embrace the joy that comes from being our true selves.
