Day 29 - I Release Yes

Saying “yes” all the time can be exhausting. Agreeing to things we really don’t want to do, overloading our schedules, and putting everyone else’s needs above our own.

We fall into the trap of thinking that saying yes makes us more likable, dependable, or “good enough.” But constantly saying yes isn’t sustainable. It can leave us feeling drained, overwhelmed, and resentful.

It’s time to let go of saying “yes.”

You can say yes, absolutely - when it works for you. When it honors your time, energy, and well-being. When you want to say “yes” - not because it’s a habit.

Not because you’re afraid to say no.

Learning to say no is a skill, and it takes practice. Let’s start practicing this skill.

Let’s release “yes.”
