Day 3 - I Release Anger

Anger is a normal and healthy emotion.
So why do we need to release it?
Because it’s also a really strong emotion that can sap energy away from other, happier parts of our lives if we hold on to it.
I’ve had the experience of holding on to anger and resentment for way too long a time. It’s like holding your fist tightly closed for hours, days, or longer. It almost hurts more when you release it, in fact, it can hurt a lot - but you can now receive so much more.
Feeling anger is healthy. Holding anger is not.
Releasing anger can make room to receive healing, growth, and peace.
I hope these affirmations give us a path to releasing anger.
