Yeah, yeah, I know, I just talked about releasing “yes” - to stop saying yes out of obligation or guilt.

So now we should stop saying “no”? Make up your mind, woman!

Saying “no” can be a good thing, but sometimes we’re saying it for the wrong reasons. Maybe we’re saying it out of fear - fear of stepping outside our comfort zone, fear of making a mistake, or fear of being hurt.

Or maybe we’re just stuck in the habit of playing it safe.

Saying “no” can close us off from some pretty amazing stuff. New opportunities, new connections, new adventures.

Let’s embrace some new opportunities, new connections, new adventures.

Let’s take a closer look at saying “yes”.

Let’s release the impulse to always say “no”.
