Day 7 - I Release Anxiety

So many of us feel anxiety, sometimes short-term, sometimes over months or years. It can feel overwhelming, taking over our thoughts and leaving us feeling stuck or powerless.
We can change this.
We can consciously choose our thoughts.
We can consciously choose thoughts that center us and soothe our minds.
We can consciously choose thoughts that help us gradually regain a sense of calm and control.
These affirmations were written to help us to build resilience against overwhelming emotions.
They can help us let go of worry and release anxious thoughts, and invite calm, confidence, and grounding.
Let’s release anxiety, and trust ourselves to handle whatever comes our way.
