June 12 - I Release What No Longer Serves
6/12/20251 min read

Sometimes we hold onto things out of habit—old beliefs, relationships, routines, or ways of thinking. We hold on to them because they feel safe. However, now they’re weighing us down, and weighing down our dreams, and our future.
Releasing what no longer serves us is about being grateful to what has helped us in the past, and honoring who we are becoming.
It’s a powerful act of self-respect, and it creates space for clarity, peace, and growth.
These affirmations are reminders that you are allowed to grow beyond what once felt familiar.
You are allowed to outgrow people.
You are allowed to outgrow places.
You are allowed to outgrow and let go of patterns that no longer fit.
Give yourself permission to release the past with kindness and grace, and trust that what you’re letting go of is making room for something better for who you are today.
