June 19 - I Release Lack of Boundaries

Sometimes we say yes when we’re exhausted. We might stay quiet when something doesn’t feel right. Or, maybe we give more than we have to give. We’re trying to keep the peace - but at whose expense?

Many of us, especially women, were never taught how to set healthy boundaries. Or, when we do set them, others try to make us feel guilty for having them. Over time, this can leave us feeling overwhelmed, unappreciated, resentful. It can even lead to illness.

It’s okay to protect your energy, to say no without explanation, and to put your well-being first. You can honor your needs, your time, and your peace, without pushing others away.

I hope these affirmations help us begin to release old patterns and step into a version of ourselves that feels empowered, grounded, and deeply respected—by others and by ourselves.
