I hate criticism.
Even if it’s constructive, it makes me so uncomfortable.
That discomfort, that fear, can keep us from sharing our ideas, expressing our creativity, or even speaking up for ourselves. We worry about what others might think or say, and we second-guess our choices.
We don’t have to let it.
We are allowed to take up space. We are allowed to be seen and heard. We are allowed to trust in our own worth—no matter what anyone else thinks.
Releasing the fear of criticism takes time, but these affirmations can help us feel more confident and more secure.
Our value is not based on others’ opinions. These affirmations will help us remember that.
