November 27 - I Am Free

I am free. You are free. We are free.

We have always been free.

We choose to be free.

Freedom begins within. It is the decision to be at peace with ourselves, our spirit, our light. When we choose to be our truest selves, even in the face of criticism, or persecution, we are choosing freedom.

And we help others find the courage to do the same.

Freedom is hard. Choosing freedom is hard. It’s so much easier to follow the crowd, to bow to authority, to yield to pressure. It’s a difficult choice to make.

But freedom doesn’t demand perfection. It requires honesty, trust, and changing directions when we lose our way.

But it’s so worth it.

I hope these affirmations remind us that liberation begins within. And every breath can bring it closer, if we choose it.
